TERMS AND CONDITIONSthecigarboxhouston@gmail.com Should The Cigar Box Houston have to cancel due to any unforeseen reason you will be issued a full refund. If the cancellation was due to inclement weather, no refund will be issued, but you will have the option to reschedule upon availability. If you have to cancel an event, we require at least 1 week cancellation notice prior to your scheduled event date. We will charge a cancellation fee of $150 for local bookings and $250 for out of town bookings (your deposit). If you cancel within less than 1 week of your event, you will have the option to reschedule upon availability, no refunds given. Round trip mileage will be added to every booking. The individual who books us needs to make sure the party venue has ample enough of space for the truck and mobile trailer hitched to park (approx. 60') before booking. If we arrive and there isn't enough space to park, there will be no refunds given. Our trailer is powered by a generator. Please call or email if you have any questions.
